Accessibility Statement

CarCovers.com, operated by AllGuard LLC, is committed to making our website usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. We want finding, choosing and buying a cover to work well no matter how you browse.

Our goal

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Those guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor and cognitive.

What we do

• Structure pages with semantic HTML, and add ARIA only where it helps.
• Keep navigation and controls operable by keyboard, with visible focus states.
• Hold text to a readable minimum size and keep color contrast sufficient.
• Write descriptive alternative text for images that carry meaning.
• Let content reflow on small screens without forcing horizontal scrolling.
• Respect reduced-motion preferences for animation.

An ongoing effort

Accessibility is never finished. We test with the keyboard and with screen readers, and we review new pages as we build them. Some older content or embedded third-party components (for example maps, widgets or payment tools) may not yet fully conform; where that is the case, we work to improve or replace them.

Third-party content

Parts of the site rely on services we do not fully control. We choose accessible providers where we can, and we raise issues with them when we find barriers.

Tell us about a barrier

If you hit a barrier, or you just need a hand with anything on the site, contact us and we will help and work to fix it. Call 1-800-385-3603 or email support@carcovers.com. It helps to include the page you were on and what happened. We welcome your feedback.
