    600D solution-dyed polyester, two-tone, with a polyurethane coating on the back. At 600D, the highest denier in the UTV line.

  2. Built-in buckles and straps

    The buckles and straps are built into the cover, and an extra strap set comes in the box.

  3. Elastic hem cord

    An elastic cord in the hem draws the bottom edge in around the machine.

What size UTV cover do I need?

Measure your UTV's overall length and pick the size that covers it: up to 108, 120, 150 or 165 in., or the largest size, rated 170 in. plus. The 108 in. size comes in two heights, about 31 in. and about 68 in. tall; our sizing team can confirm which one you need. The AllGuard Standard Shield comes in 108, 120, 150 and 165 in. sizes.

What is the difference between the three grades?

The AllGuard Standard Shield ($99.99) is 210D nylon with elastic hems, a bungee strap and a storage bag. The AllGuard Weatherproof Shield ($129.99) steps up to black 300D PolyShield with built-in buckles and straps and rear vents. The AllGuard Weatherproof MAX ($189.99) is 600D solution-dyed polyester. It has a polyurethane coating on the back of the fabric, built-in buckles and straps, air vents, an extra strap set and a mesh storage bag.

How does the cover stay in place?

The AllGuard Standard Shield uses elastic hems and side grommets with an attached bungee strap. The AllGuard Weatherproof Shield has an integrated buckle and strap system and elastic cord sewn into the entire bottom hem. The AllGuard Weatherproof MAX has built-in buckles and straps, an elastic hem cord and an extra strap set.

Which UTV covers come with a storage bag?

The AllGuard Standard Shield comes with a storage bag, and the AllGuard Weatherproof MAX comes with a mesh storage bag and an extra strap set.

What does the AllGuard Protection Warranty cover?

Every AllGuard UTV cover comes with the AllGuard Protection Warranty. Full replacement in the same material and size. Covers wear and tear. Included with every cover.

What if the cover does not fit?

Every cover is backed by the AllGuard Fit Promise: if the cover you receive does not fit your UTV, we make it right within 30 days. We offer 30-day returns and exchanges, return shipping is free for fit issues that meet our sizing guarantee guidelines or if we sent the wrong item, and shipping is free to the US and Canada.

My UTV has a roof, windshield or light bar. Which size do I need?

Call our sizing team at 1-800-385-3603 or use live chat and tell them about anything fitted, such as a roof, a windshield, doors or a light bar. They will match you to the right guaranteed-fit size.

How do I care for the cover?

Put the cover on a clean, dry UTV once the exhaust has cooled. To wash it, hose it down while it is on the UTV and sponge it with a mild detergent in cold or warm water, or use a front-load washer on the delicate cycle. Always air dry it: a machine dryer or any heat will shrink the cover.
