The 30-day window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to start a return or exchange. Requests after the 30-day window can't be accepted.
The No-Hassle Sizing Guarantee
If the cover that arrives isn't the right one, correcting it shouldn't cost you.
If the cover we sent is the wrong one, return shipping is on us. Free return shipping applies to incorrect covers received within the 48 contiguous states. We may ask for a photo to confirm. (It doesn't apply to unopened items or orders outside the 48 states.)
How to return
- Start your return by calling us or emailing support@carcovers.com, within 30 days of delivery.
- Tell us your order number, the reason, whether the package has been opened, and whether you'd like a refund or a replacement.
- Our returns team reviews the request and, once approved, sends an RMA number with detailed return instructions.
- Ship the cover back within 15 days of RMA approval. Late shipments can't be accepted.
Once the warehouse confirms the cover is back, refunds go to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal). Processing takes up to 14 business days.
Fees & restocking
- 20% restocking fee if the RMA number isn't written on the shipping label.
- 20% restocking fee for items that don't meet the sizing guarantee.
- 20% restocking fee for used or non-resellable items.
- Refused or undeliverable (48 states)
- A $19.28 Return-to-Sender fee plus the original shipping cost is deducted.
- Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico
- The shipping charge is deducted from the refund; Canadian carrier fees are non-refundable.

Holiday grace period: orders placed between Black Friday and December 25th may be returned through the second Friday of January.
