How the promise works

Built for the eight months it sits.

Ride season runs with the snow, roughly December to March. From the spring thaw to the first snowfall, the sled sits through rain, sun and dust. That is where a cover earns its keep.

Riding season

Towing to the trailhead? The AllGuard Weatherproof Shield is trailerable, with air vents to aid trailering and an extra strap set.

  • Summer sun

The AllGuard Standard Shield is 300D PolyShield with UV treatment, made for the long days of summer sun while the sled sits.

  • Rain and damp

The AllGuard Weatherproof Shield backs its two-tone 600D shell with a polyurethane coating. The AllGuard Standard Shield uses rear vents to help reduce moisture under the cover.

  • Wind

Every AllGuard sled cover has built-in buckles and straps and an elastic cord at the hem to help hold it in place when wind comes across an open lot.

Pleasantly surprised at the thickness of the cover. Like an old fashioned (real) tarp!!

This is the 4 cover I am purchasing from here. The first one fit perfectly, so I decided to get one for my other sled.

Snowmobile cover questions.

Not sure about the size? Call our sizing team at 1-800-385-3603 or use live chat.

What size snowmobile cover do I need?

Measure your sled's overall length and pick the size that covers it: up to 92 in. (a small sled with no windshield), 115, 130 or 145 in. Both grades come in all four sizes.

Can I trailer my sled with the cover on?

Yes, with the AllGuard Weatherproof Shield. It is trailerable, with built-in buckles and straps, air vents to aid trailering and an extra strap set. The AllGuard Standard Shield is not made for trailering.

What is the difference between the two grades?

The AllGuard Standard Shield ($89.99) is black 300D PolyShield with UV treatment, an integrated buckle and strap system, an elastic cord hem and rear vents. The AllGuard Weatherproof Shield ($139.99) steps up to two-tone 600D solution-dyed polyester. It has a polyurethane coating on the back of the fabric, built-in buckles and straps, an extra strap set and a mesh storage bag.

Can the cover stay on from spring to fall?

Yes. Cover a clean, dry sled once the exhaust has cooled. The AllGuard Standard Shield has rear vents to reduce moisture inside the cover, and the AllGuard Weatherproof Shield has air vents.

What does the AllGuard Protection Warranty cover?

Every AllGuard snowmobile cover comes with the AllGuard Protection Warranty. Full replacement in the same material and size. Covers wear and tear. Included with every cover.

What if the cover does not fit?

Every cover is backed by the AllGuard Fit Promise: if the cover you receive does not fit your snowmobile, we make it right within 30 days. We offer 30-day returns and exchanges, return shipping is free for fit issues that meet our sizing guarantee guidelines or if we sent the wrong item, and shipping is free to the US and Canada.

My sled has a tall windshield or a rear rack. Which size do I need?

Call our sizing team at 1-800-385-3603 or use live chat and tell them about what is fitted, such as a tall windshield, a rear rack or a cargo bag. They will match you to the right guaranteed-fit size.

How do I care for the cover?

Put the cover on a clean, dry sled once the exhaust has cooled. To wash it, hose it down while it is on the sled and sponge it with a mild detergent in cold or warm water, or use a front-load washer on the delicate cycle. Always air dry it: a machine dryer or any heat will shrink the cover.
