Free shipping is the default on every order to the contiguous U.S. and Canada. Covers leave our Tennessee warehouse fast, with tracking sent the moment your order ships.
How long it takes
Orders are generally shipped within one business day of being placed. Once it leaves the warehouse, we email your tracking number so you can follow it door to door.

- 1 to 3 weeks on average (used for PO boxes and some outlying areas)

Free standard shipping. Every order to the contiguous U.S. and Canada ships free, by FedEx or USPS. No minimum, no code.
Need it sooner? 2-day and 1-day options appear at checkout once you enter your ZIP and state. Expedited orders placed before 12:00pm PT process and ship the same day; after that cutoff they ship the next business day.
Canada & international
Canadian orders ship free via FedEx. To cover any brokerage, customs, taxes or duties up front, a flat $14.95 fee is collected at checkout, so there is nothing to settle on delivery.
All prices on the site are in U.S. Dollars (USD). If you pay in another currency, the amount on your card statement may differ slightly from your order total because of the exchange rate.
Tracking & missing packages
If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, tell us. Carriers usually leave a photo of the drop-off; if it went to the wrong address, we will take it up with the carrier on your behalf.
