Fold it down. Cover the box.
A folding camper waits out the season folded down in a driveway, a side yard or a storage lot, with its roof to the sky. The cover goes over that box, and the roof is what takes the sun, the sap and the snow.
Folded height
You measure it folded down, so the cover is sized to the box and not to the camper opened up.
Sun
On the roof and the sidewalls, every clear day it sits.
Sap, pollen and droppings
A low box parked under branches takes them straight on the roof.
