No. Its inside face is nonabrasive, with no fleece. If you want fleece against the paint, the Platinum Shield cover for the Hummer has a soft fleece liner.
It is not waterproof. The polypropylene outer has a UV treatment coating with a microporous film. For a Hummer that lives outside year round, Platinum Shield is the step up.
