    Every order to the contiguous U.S. and Canada ships free, by FedEx or USPS. No minimum, no code.

    If we send the wrong cover, we pay to send it back

    If the cover we sent is the wrong one, return shipping is on us. That covers the 48 contiguous states.

    You have 30 days to decide

    You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to start a return or exchange.

Free to the contiguous U.S. and Canada.

How it shipsOrders are generally shipped within one business day of being placed. Once it leaves the warehouse, we email your tracking number so you can follow it door to door.
Orders to CanadaCanadian orders ship free via FedEx. To cover any brokerage, customs, taxes or duties up front, a flat $14.95 fee is collected at checkout, so there is nothing to settle on delivery.

  • USPS Parcel routes1 to 3 weeks on average (used for PO boxes and some outlying areas)

  • International1 to 3 weeks; the shopper pays shipping shown at checkout
Returns

A wrong cover costs nothing to send back.

The No-Hassle Sizing GuaranteeIf the cover we sent is the wrong one, return shipping is on us. Free return shipping applies to incorrect covers received within the 48 contiguous states. We may ask for a photo to confirm. (It doesn't apply to unopened items or orders outside the 48 states.)
RefundsOnce the warehouse confirms the cover is back, refunds go to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal). Processing takes up to 14 business days.
Full return policyThe sizing guarantee
  • Step 1Start your return by calling us or emailing support@carcovers.com, within 30 days of delivery.
  • Step 2Tell us your order number, the reason, whether the package has been opened, and whether you'd like a refund or a replacement.
  • Step 3Our returns team reviews the request and, once approved, sends an RMA number with detailed return instructions.
  • Step 4Ship the cover back within 15 days of RMA approval. Late shipments can't be accepted.
